💗 How to Request a Return

Returning an item? We’re here to help! Before you begin, please review our return policy below to ensure your item qualifies.


🔁 Our Return Policy

  • 30-Day Free Returns for U.S. customers — counted from the delivery date.

  • Returns are only accepted within the U.S. — unfortunately, we do not accept returns or refunds from international customers.

  • Items must be unused or lightly used and returned in the original packaging or a protected box.

  • If your return is approved, the item must be shipped back to us within 3 business days of approval. Returns shipped later than this window may be declined.
  • Once we receive your item, we’ll inspect it to ensure it meets the return requirements before processing a refund.


Step 1: Go to Your Orders

  • Log in to your account.

  • From the menu on the left, click “Orders.”

  • Find the item you want to return and click the “Order Status” button (top right of the order details).


Step 2: Open the Return Page

  • On the Order Status page, click the “Request return” button (located next to “Buy again”).


Step 3: Select a Return Reason

  • You’ll see the item listed on the return page.

  • Make sure the checkbox is selected.

  • Under “Reason,” open the dropdown and select why you're returning the item.

  • Optionally, you can add a note with more details to help us process your request faster.

Tip: Providing a clear return reason helps speed up approval!


Step 4: Submit the Request

  • Once your reason is selected, click the “Request return” button to submit.

  • Your return request will be reviewed within 1–2 business days.

  • Once approved, you’ll receive an email with next steps!
