What is Dream Match?

When you shop during our Dream Match promotion, you’ll earn 50% of your order total back as store credit to use on a future Ninetynine Dreams purchase. This promotion is available for a limited time only!

When will I receive my store credit?

Store credit will automatically be issued after your order has been fulfilled. It will automatically be added to your Ninetynine Dreams account once issued.

How will I know my store credit is available?

You’ll receive an email notification as soon as your store credit is issued. The email includes a button that takes you directly to view your available credit.

How do I check my store credit balance?

You can check your store credit anytime by logging into your Ninetynine Dreams account.

1. Visit the Ninetynine Dreams website
2. Click the account/profile icon at the top right (next to the search bar and cart)
3. Open the dropdown menu and select Profile
4. Your available store credit will be displayed under rewards/credit

What happens if I cancel my order?

If your order is cancelled, any store credit associated with that order will be voided immediately.

Can I return or refund purchases made with store credit?

All purchases made using store credit are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

Does store credit expire?

Nope! 💖 Your store credit does not expire and can be used anytime.
