We offer a wide variety, including natural, dramatic, spiky, Manhua-inspired, strip, and individual lashes, as well as lower lashes.

Yes! All of our lashes are reusable. Simply clean off any glue or residue after wearing them using our remover oil and store them in their case to keep them in perfect condition.

  • Daily Lashes Glue: Designed for daily use. Holds securely for up to 3 days if not removed daily.
  • Bond & Seal: Lasts 4-7 days and is water, sweat, wind, and tear-proof.

Absolutely! Our lashes are designed to be lightweight and comfortable, even with regular glasses, sunglasses, or 3D movie glasses.

General

The chances of receiving a defective item are extremely rare, but in the unlikely event that it occurs, please take clear photos showing the issue and reach out to us at support@ninetyninedreams.com. We’ll quickly evaluate the situation and assist you with a replacement or refund.

We’re happy to assist with making changes to your order before it ships. Please note, however, that our orders are processed very quickly, so it’s important to reach out as soon as possible if you need any adjustments.

If you'd like to add items or modify your order, just let us know before it’s shipped, and we’ll be happy to help. If you’ve made an error in your order, you can return the items once you’ve received them.

For address changes, please contact us at support@ninetyninedreams.com before the shipment is processed, and we’ll gladly update it for you.

 

During periods of high demand, there is a possibility that your order may be canceled due to inventory selling out or necessary adjustments. If such a cancellation occurs, rest assured that all charges will be automatically refunded.

Shipping

Orders are typically processed within 1 business day. After processing:

  • For U.S. orders: Shipping usually takes 2–4 business days.
  • For international orders: Shipping usually takes 3–7 business days.

Our shipping origin is California, United States, and we offer shipping both within the United States and internationally. In case your international country is not listed as a shipping option, please don't hesitate to get in touch with us at support@ninetyninedreams.com. We'll make every effort to explore the possibility of adding your country to our shipping destinations.

If your order has been marked as "delivered" but cannot be located, we recommend checking your surrounding area, including the mailroom, mailbox, and asking neighbors or your leasing office to see if they may have come across your package. Returns

We offer free returns within 30 days of the purchase date. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we got you covered! Ninetynine Dreams welcomes you to return new or gently used products for a full refund to your original method of payment. [U.S ONLY]

International Shipping & Duties (For Non-U.S Orders)

Yes, customs duties, taxes, and fees may be applied by your local customs office when shipping to countries outside the U.S. These charges are separate from the shipping fees you paid at checkout.

Customs fees are determined by the local authorities in your country and may depend on the value of your order and the product category. Rates vary by country.

No, customs fees are not charged during checkout. Once your package arrives in your country, you will be contacted by your courier or customs office to settle any duties or taxes before delivery.

As the recipient, you’ll be responsible for paying any applicable customs fees, taxes, or import charges. Unfortunately, Ninetynine Dreams does not cover these fees.
