General

Chances of receiving defective item is very rare but it could happen. If you happen to receive a product that exhibits any defects, kindly capture clear photographs highlighting the issue, and then reach out to us at support@ninetyninedreams.com. We will promptly assess its eligibility for either a replacement or a refund.

Regrettably, once an order has been confirmed, we are unable to make any adjustments, including modifications and cancellations. If you wish to include additional items in your order, we kindly ask that you initiate a new order separately. If, by any chance, you have placed an order in error, you can simply return the items once you've received them. However, if you require an address change, please don't hesitate to contact us at support@ninetyninedreams.com before the shipment is processed and we will gladly assist you in updating the address. 

 

During periods of high demand, there is a possibility that your order may be canceled due to inventory selling out or necessary adjustments. If such a cancellation occurs, rest assured that all charges will be automatically refunded.

Returns

We offer free returns within 30 days of the purchase date. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we got you covered! Ninetynine Dreams welcomes you to return new or gently used products for a full refund to your original method of payment. [U.S ONLY]

Shipping

Orders are processed for up to 3 business days. U.S Shipping usually takes 2-4 business days. International Shipping usually takes 4-10 business days.

Our shipping origin is California, United States, and we offer shipping both within the United States and internationally. In case your international country is not listed as a shipping option, please don't hesitate to get in touch with us at support@ninetyninedreams.com. We'll make every effort to explore the possibility of adding your country to our shipping destinations.

We offer FREE U.S SHIPPING for customers who spend over $30.

For International countries, we offer FREE SHIPPING as well. Please refer to the head banner to see the FREE SHIPPING order amount requirement.

If your order has been marked as "delivered" but cannot be located, we recommend checking your surrounding area, including the mailroom, mailbox, and asking neighbors or your leasing office to see if they may have come across your package.
